STEP 1: Fill the reservoir with warm water and, if desired, add a mouthwash or a recommended rinse solution.
STEP 2: Select the appropriate nozzle for your needs.
Note: Nozzles are to be changed every 3-6 months
STEP 3: Adjust the pressure control to the desired level. If you are new to using a water flosser, start with the SOFT MODE pressure setting and gradually increase as needed.
STEP 4: Lean over the sink and place the nozzle in your mouth. Close your lips around the nozzle to prevent splashing.
STEP 5: Aim the nozzle at your gumline, between your teeth, and around any dental work you may have, such as braces or bridges. Use a circular or back-and-forth motion to thoroughly clean the area. When done, spit out the water and repeat the process for each area of your mouth.
Note: After using, remove the nozzle and clean it with warm water and soap or vinegar.
